Terms and conditions...

1.Please pay by cheque payable to ‘TruPlaces Ltd’ but first you should reserve by calling or emailing us without delay. Cheque should be sent to the address on our email in Ystradgynlias, Swansea, Wales. You can also pay by PayPal, please email us for details.

2.We’ll keep the booking for 7 days provided that we receive and cash your cheque as a deposit which should be £100. Unfortunately, this will be non-refundable. The balance will then be due 4 weeks before the start of your holiday.

3.If you are forced to cancel your holiday, I’m afraid the deposit will not be refundable but you may get the remainder back if you have paid, but only if we can find a replacement booking for the same period.

4.If for any reason beyond our control, for example fire damage, the property is not available on the days booked all payments will be refunded in full but we shall not be liable for any further costs.

5.We’d like you to arrive just after 4pm if that’s OK and leave on your last day before 10 o clock in the morning.

6.All electric is included. No smoking in the bungalow is allowed and pets are a 'no-no' I’m afraid. Humans are OK, but no more than 4 please.

7.Please bring yourselves, all bed linen, quilt covers and pillow covers too. We can provide a cot or high chair but we have to charge for this I'm afraid (£10 each per week). I'd bring plenty of towels if I was you, as there's a swimming pool, hot tub and sauna on the site too! There's an iron and ironing board of course, TV, DVD and a mix of films to watch, but there's no dish washer or washing machine in the kitchen I'm afraid. No problem though, you can use the laundrette on site if you wish, and I would use the laundrette to dry your towells too, (it's a bit difficult to do in the bungalows with storage and wall mounted electric heaters!)

8.The indoor swimming pool in the holiday Village is open from 10 in the morning until 7 in the evening but only between April and the end of the October half-term holiday.

9.Any breakages in the bungalow (it does happen sometimes!) will have to be paid for prior to departure.

10.Finally, and most importantly, we insist that you enjoy yourselves and enjoy Gower!
